Had a very enjoyable stay with my family, we spent 2 nights here, everything was really good. Loved central heating, an electronic key card, and coffee/tea making equipment in the room. The bed was comfy and so were the pillows.

This place has a fantastic location right by the sea. the rooms are spacious and stylish, equipped with a bar and a nice bathroom. We enjoyed chilling with some ciders and had a great time here. the service was top-notch! 🌟

Though some of the staff were not particularly welcoming, I had a fantastic stay. Had good sleep at the double room with coffee/tea, the bathroom, for example. The provided breakfast was incredible with a slice of black pudding and black pudding.

The venue was great value, I loved the stay and the location was particularly good close enough to the piers, the central pier and south pier and tram stop. Hotel's bar was superb. Amazing services were available.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The room was spacious and comfortable, with modern decor and a nice bathroom. Breakfast was delicious and offered excellent value for money. Plus, they even had vegetarian alternatives available.

While the hotel had many positive aspects, there were a few small issues we encountered. there were no cups in our room, which made it difficult to enjoy a hot drink.
